For the first six months that you are enrolled in the program, your discount is calculated based on your average monthly FedEx Express shipping charges. From 'month 7' onward, your discount will be calculated based on an average of your most recent six months' expenditure, to keep seasonal shipping patterns from unduly impacting your discount. Refer to Business Bonus discount tier structure below.
