What is Business Bonus?
Business Bonus is a loyalty program available to FedEx customers who are not currently in any discount program. Business Bonus rewards customers on future shipments by looking at revenue generated in past months. The earned discounts allow FedEx to reward a customer who is a loyal shipper. Business Bonus is only available for FedEx Express (Domestic and International) services.
Who can enrol?
In order to enrol in the Business Bonus program, a customer must meet the following conditions:
- The customer cannot be on any other FedEx discount program.
- The customer cannot have an outstanding balance beyond 31 days or be on 'Cash Only' status.
Can I enrol if I pay by credit card?
Definitely! Participants in Business Bonus can choose from a wide range of payment options, including credit card payment with all major credit cards (American Express, MasterCard and VISA). Simply call 1.800.GoFedEx (1.800.463.3339) to enjoy the convenience of credit card payment. Billing will be linked directly to your credit card and you will receive a bi-weekly summary of your shipping and total discount savings.
How does Business Bonus work?
Your Business Bonus discount is calculated based on a five-tiered revenue threshold discounts structure. Your invoice revenue threshold amount will be calculated for a six-month period to keep seasonal shipping patterns from unduly impacting your discount.
Domestic and International Express shipments are combined into one revenue threshold - all FedEx Express products discounted through Earned Discount use this threshold. FedEx Ground is not included.

How can I track my savings on the Business Bonus program?
On every invoice, you can see how much you've actually saved by checking the "Earned Discount" section. We're sure you'll be pleased with the amount. We'll also send you a bi-annual discount summary to help you track your savings.
What if my shipping needs change, e.g. I am a seasonal shipper?
The FedEx Business Bonus program looks at the average of your last six months of shipping charges to calculate the discount on your next month's shipments. Therefore, seasonal shipping patterns and temporary fluctuations will not unduly affect your discount.
