What is Business Bonus?
Business Bonus is a savings program available to FedEx customers who are not currently on any discount program. Business Bonus rewards customers on future shipments by looking at revenue generated in past months. The earned shipping discounts allow FedEx to reward a customer who is a loyal shipper. Business Bonus is only available for FedEx Express® (intra-Canada and International) services.
Who can enrol?
In order to enrol in the Business Bonus program, a customer must meet the following conditions:
- The customer cannot be on any other FedEx discount program.
- The customer cannot have an outstanding balance beyond 31 days or be on 'Cash Only' status.
Can I enrol if I pay by credit card?
Definitely! Participants in Business Bonus can choose from a wide range of payment options, including credit card payment with all major credit cards (American Express, MasterCard and VISA). Simply call 1.800.GoFedEx 1.800.463.3339. to enjoy the convenience of credit card payment.
How does Business Bonus work?
Your monthly Business Bonus discount is calculated based on a tiered revenue threshold structure. The program looks at your average monthly FedEx Express shipping charges over the last six months as a Business Bonus member. This rolling six-month average keeps seasonal shipping patterns from unduly impacting your business discount.
Intra-Canada and International Express shipments are combined into one revenue threshold - all FedEx Express products discounted through Earned Discount use this threshold. FedEx Ground is not included.

How much do I need to ship to be eligible for a discount?
It's simple ... the more you ship, the more you save! Here's how the discount structure works:

| You shipped an average of $.01-$299.99 in the last six months | You'll save 5% |
| You shipped an average of $300-$499.99 in the last six months | You'll save 8% |
| You shipped an average of $500-$899.99 in the last six months | You'll save 10% |
| You shipped an average of $900-$1,299.99 in the last six months | You'll save 12% |
| You shipped an average of $1,300 or more in the last six months | You'll save 15% |
How can I track my savings on the Business Bonus program?
On every invoice, you can see how much you've actually saved by checking the "Earned Discount" section. We're sure you'll be pleased with the amount.
What if my shipping needs change, e.g. I am a seasonal shipper?
The FedEx Business Bonus program looks at the average of your last six months of shipping charges to calculate the discount on your next month's shipments. Therefore, seasonal shipping patterns and temporary fluctuations will not unduly affect your discount.
